Description
Anne is a innovation expert in insurance and healthcare services. She has set up the innovation department of Groupe Vyv from a blank page, short after it was created in 2018.
She has positioned the Innovation department as an enabler for the transformation strategy of the Group : coordinate the knowledge management through the implementation and animation of a collaborative knowledge management tool ; build up and animate an open innovation strategy in order to create value in getting external innovators and internal collaborators work together ; infuse a design thinking culture and user centric methods, quick prototyping culture in order to transform the company in the long term
Anne was previously head of innovation of Interiale Mutuelle, another insurance company and was previously a marketing expert in a marketing consultancy company.
She graduated from ESCP business School and is an expert in collective intelligence methods. She is a teaching assistant of the Executive Master in Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurial Leadership of ESCP Europe.
